Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Acosta Enterprises Corp. doing business as Next Level DeFi ("Next Level DeFi," "we," "us," or "our") will issue a refund for any product, program, or service purchased from us. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and the Customer Service Agreement signed at checkout. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Customer Service Agreement, the Customer Service Agreement controls.

1. Overview

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY.

Our programs deliver immediate-access digital content and personalized one-on-one coaching that cannot be "returned" once delivered. For this reason, refunds are limited to the specific conditions described below. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund Policy.


2. Programs Covered

This Refund Policy applies to all paid programs and products offered by Next Level DeFi, including:

Next Level DeFi Standard ($2,997)

Next Level DeFi Elite ($4,997)

Any other coaching program, training, course, workshop, or digital product sold on nextleveldefi.com


3. 14-Day Conditional Refund

You may request a full refund of the program fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date, provided ALL of the following conditions are met:

You have NOT completed the one-on-one wallet setup and yield position session with Next Level DeFi

You have NOT downloaded, copied, or accessed more than 20% of the program training content

You submit your refund request in writing to [email protected] within the 14-day window

You provide a good-faith reason for the refund request and confirm you have made a reasonable effort to engage with the program

All four conditions must be met. If any condition is not met, your purchase is non-refundable under Section 4 below.


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following purchases and circumstances are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Requests made more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the original purchase date

Any purchase where the one-on-one onboarding session (wallet setup and first yield position) has already taken place

Any purchase where more than 20% of the program training content has been accessed, downloaded, or copied

Bonuses, including any free or discounted add-ons received as part of a promotion

Third-party software access, subscriptions, or tools provided as part of the program

One-time setup fees and onboarding fees

Live event tickets, retreat fees, or in-person workshop fees once the event has begun or within seven (7) days of the event start date

Installment plan payments where prior installments have already been delivered against (you remain responsible for the full balance)


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] from the same email address used at checkout

Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name]"

Include your order ID or transaction number

Include the date of your purchase

State the reason for your refund request in good faith

Confirm that you have not completed the one-on-one onboarding session and have not accessed more than 20% of the program content

Refund requests submitted by phone, social media, SMS, chat, or any channel other than the support email above will not be processed. We must have a written record.


6. Refund Processing

6.1 Review Timeline

We will review your refund request within five (5) business days of receipt and confirm receipt by email. We may ask follow-up questions to verify that the refund conditions are met.


6.2 Approval and Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within seven to ten (7-10) business days after approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Most card refunds appear within 5-10 business days after processing.


6.3 Currency and Fees

Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars in the same amount paid. We do not refund currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other third-party fees charged by your bank or card issuer.


6.4 Access Removal

Upon refund approval, your access to the program, community channels, recorded content, bonuses, and any associated third-party tools or subscriptions will be terminated. Continued use of the program after a refund is approved is a material breach of our Terms of Service.


7. Chargeback Policy

We take credit card chargebacks seriously. Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to first contact us in good faith at [email protected] to attempt resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting in good faith to resolve the issue with us directly constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and Customer Service Agreement, and may result in:

Immediate termination of program access without refund

Collection action for the disputed amount, plus chargeback fees, attorneys' fees, and other recovery costs

Reporting to collection agencies and credit reporting bureaus

Permanent ban from all future Next Level DeFi programs and services

We retain full records of program access, content consumption, attendance, and communications, and we will provide this evidence to your card issuer in response to any chargeback.


8. Installment Plans

If you purchased on an installment plan and your refund request is approved under Section 3, we will refund the installment payments made to date, minus any non-refundable bonuses, third-party software fees, or setup fees. Any future scheduled installments will be cancelled. If your request does not meet the refund conditions, you remain responsible for all remaining installment payments under your purchase agreement.


9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Medical or Family Emergencies

We understand that life circumstances change. In genuine cases of serious medical emergency, family emergency, or other extraordinary hardship occurring after the 14-day refund window, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a program pause, credit toward a future purchase, or transfer of your seat to another person. These accommodations are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case. We may request documentation.


9.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charges within five (5) business days. The 14-day window and content-consumption conditions do not apply to verified billing errors.


9.3 Unauthorized Use of Payment Method

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization to purchase a Next Level DeFi program, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you and your card issuer to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.


10. State-Specific Consumer Rights

Some U.S. states and other jurisdictions provide consumer rights that may exceed those described in this Policy, including statutory cancellation rights for certain types of contracts. Nothing in this Policy limits or waives any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If a state law requires a different refund treatment than described here, that state law will apply to residents of that state to the extent required.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Site. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your purchase.
