WebinarKit (webinar hosting), Authorize.Net (payments), email and SMS delivery providers,

hosting and security providers, analytics platforms, and customer support tools. These providers

are contractually obligated to use your information only to deliver services to us.

4.2 JV Partners and Affiliates

If you registered for a webinar or purchased a program through a JV partner or affiliate, we may

share limited information with them (such as the fact of your registration or purchase) for

commission tracking. We do not share your full contact details with affiliates without your

consent.

4.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information to comply with a valid legal request, court order, subpoena, or law

enforcement inquiry, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Next Level DeFi, our users, or

others.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your

information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and provide

choices where required by law.

5. Email and SMS Communications

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive marketing and transactional emails from Next Level DeFi. By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages, including reminders, alerts, and promotional content. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Transactional messages (receipts, refund confirmations, etc.) may still be sent.

12. Cryptocurrency and On-Chain Activity

If you share your public wallet address with us as part of coaching, we may view your publicly available on-chain activity to help with educational and coaching purposes. We do not custody, access, or transact on your wallet. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with us or anyone else.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
